Scope of Work

This work is not psychotherapy and does not constitute a healthcare or medical service. It does not replace psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, or emergency services.

The work consists of individual support for personal development through somatic practices, TRE, and art-expressive tools. Sessions take place online or in person, by agreement.

If you are in an acute crisis (e.g. experiencing thoughts of self-harm or immediate danger), please contact emergency services (112) or your physician/therapist.

Psychological or Psychiatric Treatment

If you are currently in psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment, or if you are experiencing difficulties that may affect the safety or stability of somatic work, it is important that you inform me before we begin.

You are not required to share diagnoses or details you do not wish to disclose — only information relevant to safety and the working framework. I reserve the right to suggest parallel support from a psychotherapist or psychiatrist, or to decline or discontinue work if I assess that this format is not appropriate for you at this time.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Our work together is strictly confidential and personal. Nothing is shared with third parties, except for supervision purposes. Even then, no names or identifying details are disclosed.

Details regarding the processing of personal data (bookings, contact information, payments, recordings) are outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality is a core principle, with one exception: if I assess there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or others, I reserve the right to seek additional professional support or act in accordance with legal and safety obligations.

You Are at the Center

An individual session is time and space dedicated to you and your needs — not the other way around. I may occasionally share a personal reflection if relevant to the process, but I will never seek support from you or take up session time with my own story.

This is not a private or personal relationship, nor a substitute for your personal relationships. If strong emotions related to our working relationship arise, they may become part of the work — always within a professional framework.

Use of Substances

I do not accept clients into individual work who regularly use intoxicating substances, unless the explicit purpose of our work together is addressing addiction.

Somatic work requires a sufficient level of nervous system stability and presence. Sessions will not take place if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if I assess that the state is not safe for somatic work.

Please avoid alcohol and other psychoactive substances for at least 24 hours before a session. If substance use is part of your history or something you find difficult to regulate, inform me before starting so we can assess together whether this format is appropriate and how to set a safe framework.

Session Duration

One session lasts up to 75 minutes. This includes a brief closing and agreement on possible integration practices or tasks.

Lateness

If you arrive late, the session will not be extended. If I am late, the session will be extended accordingly if the schedule allows; otherwise, the time will be compensated at the next available opportunity.

Booking Sessions

Sessions can be booked via the website by clicking “BOOK A SESSION”, no later than 24 hours before the desired time, or exceptionally via direct message on social media. Once booked, a session is considered confirmed and subject to the cancellation policy*. Within a continuous program, it is your responsibility to secure the desired number of sessions per month. Booking multiple sessions in advance is recommended, as availability is limited.

Cancellation Policy

Individual sessions (outside a continuous program) must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for online sessions and 48 hours in advance for in-person sessions. Late cancellations are charged as if the session took place.

Session Packages

A session package consists of four (4) individual sessions and must be used within two months.

Enrollment and Withdrawal from Continuous Programs

A place in a continuous program is reserved upon payment of a €100 deposit, which is deducted from the total program price.

You may withdraw from the continuous program within the first month, with a refund reduced by the amount of the first monthly installment. Withdrawals after this period are not eligible for a refund.

Content of the 3- and 6-Month Continuous Programs

The program includes 2–3 sessions per month, with the third session optional and scheduled as needed. Between sessions, I am available via messages and voice notes. These are not intended for crisis or emergency support, but as additional space for sharing insights.

I follow your process and may suggest materials, tasks, or practices for deepening or integration. Practices commonly include TRE, somatic work, art/expressive tools, and Focusing (Gendlin).

After each session, you receive a recording unless we agree otherwise at the start. Recordings are strictly confidential and must not be shared under any circumstances.

Payment

Individual sessions are paid in full. Session packages and continuous programs may be paid in installments, unless otherwise agreed. Installment payments are made monthly.

Payment is possible by card or direct bank transfer (the issued invoice includes a barcode for easy payment).

Discounts

Clients enrolled in a continuous program receive a 40% discount on all group offerings currently available (masterclasses, workshops, etc.).

Agreement

By booking an individual session or enrolling in a continuous individual program, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and are ready to engage in individual work.
